We know that handing your beloved pet over to a stranger can be a huge leap of faith, so hopefully our FAQs will help ease your mind. Here, you’ll find answers to common questions about our boutique dog walking services in London, from our approach to pricing and booking. Your pet’s happiness and safety are our top priorities!
Where do you take the dogs?
We are all on foot so we keep our walks local, luckily Putney has lots of lovely places for walks! The Towpath, The Commons, Leader’s Gardens, to name a few!
Do you walk dogs off the lead?
If Your dog has good recall, and you are comfortable with it, we will walk your dog off the lead. We like to do a walk with you and your dog as part of our meet and greet, so we can see how your dog behaves off lead. Â
Do you have insurance?
Yes, all of our team have General Liability Insurance, but in our years of operation we have never had to use it!
How do payments work?
Payments must be made every Friday for that weeks walks. E.g. if your dog has had three walks that week, please pay for all three walks in one go with the dates as reference number. This is to avoid any confusion.
Does my dog need to be trained?
All dogs must be trained and able to follow basic commands, for e.g. sit, stay, wait, etc. This is for both your dogs safety and ours. We are dog lovers, not dog trainers!
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give as much notice as you can, this way we can take on other bookings. Equally, we will always give you as much notice as possible if we are ever unable to walk your dog.Â
